Need To Know Info
- Limit 1 per visit.
- All goods or services must be used by the same person.
- 48-hour cancellation notice required.
- Subject to weather. Tour times are based on availability and are subject to change due to sunset times.
- Reservation required. Must sign waiver.
- Sightings are not guaranteed.
- Online calendar may not reflect seats available for voucher redemption.
- A credit card on file for all reservations is required as part of our company policy.
- Limit of 6 vouchers per person (up to 6 seats per booking party).
- For larger groups, please contact My Kona Adventures.
- May be repurchased every 180 days.
- Weight restrictions apply.
- Must be an experienced swimmer/snorkeler in order to participate.
- Not recommended for anyone with medical conditions such as breathing or heart conditions.
- All physical levels are welcome but you must be able to climb up a partially submerged ladder.
- For safety reasons, we do not allow any children under 5 to board and to participate. All children are also required to be experienced swimmers.
- We operate a RHIB (zodiac style boat) - not recommended for anyone with limited mobility.
- Maximum of 11 passengers per tour time.
- Merchant's standard cancellation policy applies (any fees not to exceed Groupon price).
