We had a great experience with MKA! They were super responsive to emails and very helpful with the booking process as-needed. The check-in process was super smooth, and Peter was really helpful and made great recommendations on things we might need or how to prepare for the snorkel. We left on time and had an amazing time with the staff (Roll Tide/Roll Eagles (Sorry!!! I remember you but we just got home!), Captain Ryan, and Danny were on the water with us that evening). They were so knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. I loved the educational aspect and the way the whole team made you feel comfortable. We stayed out for a while, and there were other groups there, too - you could see the shoreline, so it all felt very secure. I loved that they also knew some of the rays' names - some are tracked/tagged/have identifiable features and visit the area often. I'll save the rest of the fun facts for when you go on your adventure ;) Anyhow, the rays get super close - wow, it's just spectacular, I cannot stress enough how incredible seeing these creatures was for me and my son. You really have to see it on your own to grasp the gentle majesty they exude as they glide below you - tens of feet down or even practically brushing your nose as they feast on zooplankton. This price was an absolute steal for the service, the education, and just the experience itself. If you're waiting on a sign to book, take this as the sign: book with MKA now!! (I will cross-post this review to a few other sites, so you might see it more than once - it's legitimate.)

For safety reasons, we do not allow any children under 5 to board and to participate all children are also required to be experienced swimmers. We operate a RHIB (zodiac style boat) - not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. Maximum of 11 passengers per tour time. Valid only for option purchased.
