After receiving a welcome kit with reusable laundry bags and stain-cleaning tips, patrons pick a laundry plan that works best around their routine and mud-wrestling schedule. Happy Nest's drivers pick up soiled fabric from doorsteps and ferry it to the garment bathhouse, where suds fly and stains release their grip on threads. After one day, clothing returns to stoops, freshly folded or hung, gabbing on about all the friends it made and ghost stories it heard. In addition to washable fabrics, guests relinquish dry cleaning for the staff to spiff up with a gentle, nontoxic process.

Happy Nest also displays social responsibility by streamlining donations for the Big Sisters of Rhode Island and being a proud supporter of the Women's Center of Rhode Island. Cleansers pick up the center's bed linens each week, taking care of the wash so that the staff can spend more quality time with the women and children under their roof.
