We're offering a Wellness Check up for those who simply need to get some spring cleaning done for your brain.
This can be used as a vent session, motivation session, get things off your chest session, couples session, or steer me in the right direction session.
I practice innovative techniques by revising outdated psychology methods. And creating a nonjudgmental space for your private thoughts. You are unique, and deserve more than "How does that make you feel?" therapy. Let's start discovering the life you were born to live!
Three (60 min) mental health wellness sessions
Interested in starting Mini Therapy?
This package includes three (60 minute ) In Person or Tele-Session visits. During these weekly or biweekly sessions, we will identify your challenges to provide you with processes, techniques, advice, and helpful tips. From Family, relationships, to annoying co-workers, and bad managers we can help.
You can sample counseling, without the long term commitment, and diagnosis code on your record. We will discuss only what you want to talk about.
Because after all, therapy is mostly for people having to deal with folks that are NOT in therapy.
