I bought two cleanings The first cleaning was excellent She even gave me turn down service, as well as including a list of what she'd cleaned The second cleaning was entirely different I had to go over everything again in the apartment No turn down or list, which is ok, but she didn't clean any of the tile floors or dust on top of anything higher than eye level If all the cleaners were like my first one I'd give this a big thumbs up, but unfortunately I cannot recommend due to inconsistency
