Mynt Fine Indian Cuisine
Sleek, streamlined, and utterly romantic, Mynt Fine Indian Cuisine proves that Indian food goes beyond stew-like curries served in nondescript environs. Everything is keyed to aesthetics here, from the stark white decor made soft with carved native wall hangings and quilted dining chairs that take a nod from Queen Anne. And then, of course, there's the food.
The Orlando Sentinel calls Mynt's dishes "some of the best Indian cookery in Central Florida" urging diners to start with the Delhi samosa and its "almost fluffy filling." When Zagat named it one of its Hottest New Restaurants in Orlando, it noticed that "plate presentation is taken seriously here." Emblematic of this are the kofta lollipops, deep-fried veggie and paneer "meatballs" served on slim sticks, and the baghaire baigan, baby eggplant served in a neat row atop a thick smear of peanut-sesame-coconut sauce.
