About Myotherapy Bodyworx & Massage

Founder of Myotherapy Bodyworx & Massage, Terriance White. has practiced several modalities of massage, such as Swedish and deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hot stone massage, to help alleviate stress and tension throughout the body. Swedish massage uses long, deep strokes to knead out knots that have built up throughout muscles. Reflexology targets specific points on the extremities of the body to evoke beneficial effects through the body. Finally, hot stone massage uses heat to deeply penetrate the body, inducing a state of relaxation and alleviating long-standing muscular tension.
