Awesome product - the likeness of the Bobblehead was top notch.
The service was poor - I ordered it for Christmas & was promised it "no problem", and it arrived on or about February 1. Customer Service was unavailable, until I went through the Sales Dept, so that was disappointing. They were willing to replace (assuming mine was lost in transit), when it finally arrived. All in all, it was worth the wait.

It’s taking forever and you cannot get through to them!! It’s so aggravating! I still have not received the item I ordered which is a gift for my granddaughter. No photo available because I don’t have it yet!! Argh!!!

The ordering process was very frustrating. I think I ordered and reordered this one item about 10 times. What I thought would be, maybe, a one-hour process ended up taking most of the afternoon. I certainly don’t profess to be any kind of ordering expert, but it seemed like if I didn’t have every piece of information at hand, everything that had already been specified was lost and I had to re-enter it all from the beginning.

It costs way more than the Groupon sold to me.
The first pic sent of personalization is done in clay and looked good but the second "approval" looked good but needed a few more suggestions (like fuller cheekbones, etc) but alas, if you suggested things at this stage it was a longer wait total do-over.
Whe it arrived nicely and breakproof packaged I set the finished product on the table and it fell over and broke! One foot didn't stick to the glue and the other fractured. I felt as if the base wasn't thick enough to hold the bobble head. the art wrok did look good but for the money....sorry it's a no from me.
