Had trouble entering Groupon voucher code after placing my order on their website. Called customer service & spoke to Lina. She solved my problem quickly & she was very professional. My door mat arrived in a neatly packed brown Qualtry box. They even included $100 wine voucher card. It is a very nice gesture but since my family don’t drink alcohol, we won’t be using it. We do appreciate it though.

Alex was super helpful..... however deal seemed a little misleading as most deals I have bought before on G-Pon include everything, the $61 handling charge is a rip-off ! I can ship that weight cross country for under $20
