This experience didn't start out well to say the least- my package was sent to the wrong address and then it took a while for customer service to respond to my email stating such. But when they did finally respond, customer service was more than accommodating and they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Once the baskets were received, my friends LOVED it! I will definitely be back.
