Colorland's customer service was great! I made a mistake while uploading my pictures. I placed is on an 8" x 11" photobook, but purchased the 8" x 8". They were prompt in their reply and assisted me to adjust my purchase to reflect the bigger photobook. When my photobook arrived, I couldn't be more happier with the quality! The leather cover looks classy and pristine. The pages are thick. The pictures turned out sharp and clear. I will definitely use Colorland for my future photobook needs!

The layout program was okay. Not really intuitive. And I couldn't personalize the cover at all, beyond the cover. However, the customer service rep I spoke to was very helpful, and the photo book arrived on the day it was expected to. The quality is average, and I'm happy with the product for the price I paid.
