I was very disappointed. When I see online courses, I expect micro-videos, the ability to print important items, and more of a structure. This "course" was just a book that was divided into chapters and a quiz was thrown at the end. Highly disappointed and would like a refund.

Horrible. First off, even with the new code validation process it's still ridiculously complicated to redeem. Second, after finally figuringit out, I was provided with an email confirmation with a link to access them but when I click the link, no courses appear. I have no ability to access the courses I have now redeemed/paid for and the links for "help" are dead ends that don't work. Waste of $!

I attempted to redeem online but did not see a redemption code provided through Groupon so I followed some redemption instructions from previous reviews but those did not work as well for me. I contacted Groupon support via chat and I was given a redemption code in less than five minutes that worked perfectly to avoid the company website trying to charge me again. Excited to dig into the information and apply it as I am seeking to change my career path.

It was at my own pace and I did like the outcome and it is a really good school to learn from and gain knowledge. If you are not in it to improve, it is also like a good reading and understanding of acknowledgement. Or just learning about a new subject you have not inquired on.

Easy and efficient purchase. I did it from my phone and the process was simple. The course contains very heavy reading, but important to teach the basics of TEFL. Would highly recommend.

It did work but was complicated to redeem. I had to register on the site under the email I use on groupon. Then I had to login to groupon from my computer and then follow the link. select the course on the site go to checkout and finally it showed the discount as having the course for free since I already paid on groupon. This took several tries and almost an hour to get it working and not charging me.
