They created a beautiful ring in memory of our grandson. I was pleased with the result & they even offered 3 choices using the picture I sent. Don’t expect quick delivery.

My only complaint is that the first item sent to me was broken. I had to pay an additional 10.00 to help with shipping for another item to be sent to me. I was upset because this was a Christmas gift for my friend. Needless to say she received it after Christmas and she loved the gift.
