After purchasing this Groupon and following the directions on the voucher, I discovered that the link provided was not working. I wrote to Customer Service, and they helped me get in touch with the merchant. Eventually after several tries, I was able to access the course I had purchased and expect to begin studying shortly. The Customer Service person who helped me did not give up until I had succeeded in getting through to the appropriate page.

I’m not sure why other reviewers had trouble redeeming the code/voucher. I’m almost finished with the course now and it’s pretty easy. There is a lot of reading though since it’s supposed to be a 150 hour cert. The course is sufficient for the job I want and the price is definitely right! Good purchase overall
