The products are great, but shipping is horrible. Shipping was 3x what I paid for the Groupon. I had already bought the Groupon before I realized. Will not buy from again.

I ordered a 4' x 2' vinyl banner. When I received the banner, the image quality wasn't what I was expecting. I reached out to their customer service, and long story short (turns out it was an issue with uploading the image to their website), they replaced the banner at no charge. The new one is beautiful and very well constructed. Customer service was prompt and courteous, and I would not hesitate to order from them again.
