Had an issue with the redemption code at first but Jonny B took care of it within 24 hours.

When I tried to redeem my voucher, it showed it had expired, this was the same day I bought it. I have emailed Jonny Bs several times and received one response that they would reinstate it, but have received nothing since. So it appears I have lost my money with this deal.
