Never got a confirmation they got my order or it shipped. I emailed them they never got my emails. I called them they never returned my calls. Finally found a place to message a agent and finally got through to them. It was a pain in the butt to get ahold of them. I finally got it a little over a month. I didn't realize the picture was going to be so blurry. I was going to give it to my mom for a present but not now because its not good enough.

The good…. Had trouble with the site, but the customer service was very helpful. The bad… very disappointed with the product. The pictures look terrible, I had the pictures on wood and definitely upset that I went with that option. Just not the quality I was expecting. I also ordered by the date they said to receive by Christmas and that also didn’t happen,

Navigating their site was very clear and easy to do. I was able to redeem the Groupon code without any hastles. The shipping was a fair price for what I got and it came in a timely manner. My only complaint is that my picture has way more yellow in it than my original picture, so much that all the clothing that is supposed to be white is yellow and my entire family looks like they have jaundice.

The menu button has a glitch on mobile sometimes, but other than that it worked great. You can only use one voucher code at a time so you will pay for shipping on each item.
Can’t wait to see the end result!
