I've been turning to Photobook America for years for my artbook projects. I've never had any issues with them that couldn't be resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonably timely manner. The quality of their art books is well worth what I pay for them, especially when I'm purchasing their vouchers off of Groupon.

This was a gift that was sent directly to the recipient. She loved the book that was all pictures of her son (who had just left for boot camp in the Marines). It got there at perfect timing. It was for his graduation from high school but got I didn't get it done timely (my fault) but she will get to enjoy it until he is able to take it with him.

I really love my Photobook! I found navigating and using the program to be very easy. I only wish there were more options for clipart and embellishments available. They may be there, but I couldn't find them. I'll be using this company again. Great product!

I have ordered from Photo Affections before and I am very pleased with the quality of the Photobooks. Once you get the hang of dragging and dropping photos and navigating the layouts, it is very easy to use. I would recommend directly calling the customer service number if you need help. The representatives are very helpful. I did not feel that the chat option helped at all.

I really like this application and have used it before. I have had a couple of chat conversations and have had less then desirable results to my questions. I then had an amazing conversation with Erica today who is a customer service representative with Photobook. She spent an inordinate amount of time with me because I could not get to the right place to pay for my photobooks. She guided me to get a Photobook Pass and then stayed on the phone until I was able to duplicate my book six times, apply the Groupon vouchers to each one, proceed to checkout and allowed me to pay. Thank you so much Erica for your patience and guidance. You are truly an amazing employee and the company should be so privileged to have you as their representative!
