I have used Picaboo for 10 years for various projects and have been totally satisfied every time. They were actually a big part of a photography journey I started on 10 years ago by hosting a 365 project (photo a day for a year) providing a weekly tutorial on various aspects of photography. Always easy to navigate the web site. Plenty of options for backgrounds and stickers. Fast delivery and the quality is superb!

Picaboo is pretty easy to use. I could not figure out the sticker function, but other than that it was pretty good. I have used them before and have been pleased with the product.

I have made over 20 books with Picaboo over the past years. The quality of their work is the best and customer service is over the top. I had a little issue using my Groupon (which was my fault) but my customer service rep went above and beyond getting it resolved. I could not be more pleased with my experience.

I have done 25 projects with Picaboo, I am always happy with their products. Photo Books and Calendars are my typical projects and the quality is excellent. They deliver on-time or prior to promised date. I have tried working with other companies but find the Picaboo system much easier to work with. I just ordered my 2021 Calendar and am finalizing my 2020 Photo Book. As soon as that is done, it will be time to begin my 2021 book. I love having our photos in a creative format where they can be viewed, instead of just being stuck on my computer.

I found the process a lot more difficult to use than others offering the same thing. I especially did not like that whenever you wanted to change your choice of a picture and removed it, the entire configuration changed and you would have to start over on that page. Very frustrating. Also did not like the text box. That was hard to work with.
