Easy to use, the mug looks great with the photos, and cleans up easily.
The only negative is with the shipping, it looked as if the mug was finished and it took forever to get to my door.

I have been using Printerpix for so many projects. People look at the gifts and fall in love with the projects. I even received a coffee cup broken on one of the deliveries and once I sent them the picture of the delivery it was replaced immediately. I had no problem with the customer service. And of course I,ll be back!!

Overall printerpix does quality work; however, I ordered calendars and never received them after paying for both the calendars and postage. Whenever I was able to reach someone from the company I was told too bad your package was delivered and I had to file with the delivery service in order for the calendars to be replaced. As a paying customer, I should not have to report not receiving my delivery to anyone except the organization I purchased the merchandise from. The organization should be required to contact the delivery company and replace my order without conflict or delay.

It was ok. I thought I’d ordered from them before and so I thought the metal art would be the same. Not! The work was good. But I was disappointed in the metal itself, flimsy.
