I don’t have the product yet, however the customer service was wonderful. The Groupon link didn’t work and they promptly corrected it. Looks like they have many fun items!

Link from Groupon didn’t work and Qualtry initially charged me full price. With one email the problem was resolved with a full refund. Very nice. Personalized dog collar is good quality. Have bought 2 from them. :)

The collars fit well and the colors are vibrant and the lettering is very clear and easy to read. Having their names on their collars helps others at the dog park greet them since one of our dogs is very social and likes to say hi to every human he sees.
