DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! I placed an order on November 26, still haven't received it. It's now December 19! I followed up with qualtry customer service on December 15. I got an automatic reply that they'd get back to me within 24 hours -- I still haven't had a response. I'm in Toronto, their tracking ends at the border on December 10. I ordered early, but still don't expect to see this in time.

They are rip off artist I had a Groupon for a terrible product for 9 dollars the this company charged my credit card $49 dollars. I called and they said they did not have “a record” of the second charge. It has been in dispute and the credit card company still said my responsibility! I have been charged the original Groupon price for an utterly inferior product and they stop responded to emails!
