It was difficult to redeem a voucher. I e-mailed 2 times before someone responded. I called several times, phone rang 3 times and hung up. The product is great.

I am not sure mine is personalized! Stupid way to buy it then have to redo it for personalization the way it is done. Had I not already paid for it, no way would I bought it. It is a Christmas goft. Hard tell what I’ll get.
