I have periodically ordered from Qualtry over the last several years. I have NEVER been disappointed or had any issues. This time, I was having a time getting a coupon code to apply. I emailed, and in less than 24 hours, I rec'd the nicest response, and my issue had been resolved. Great quality. Great customer service.

The products are beautiful but for certain items the GROUPONS codes do not work! The phone number to reach them does not work! ALWAYS A BUSY SIGNAL!

Redeeming was a hassle. You had to make a separate order for each item, which meant you had to pay for separate shipping for every order. I think I spent more on shipping. It would’ve been nice to be on one order since they are all going to the same place. Then one of the redemption codes didn’t work. I called 3 times emailed twice and no reply. I finally Started a chat on their website and got a new code that worked.
