I was trying to download the metal luggage tags with genuine leather casings that I ordered from Groupon. Qualtry was charging me $25 for the luggage tag and giving me the leather casing for free.?? My order kept coming up to $125.90!! After 2 weeks AND them wanting to charge me an additional $127 shipping for my order to arrive by Christmas they FINALLY straightened it out for me.

I just completed my orders so I haven't seen my products yet, but I can talk about the site and my experience. It is important to read ALL the coupon redemption instructions! When ordering individualized items be sure to do one complete order at a time so the coupon can be applied properly. You can not turn in orders using different coupon codes together. They state that clearly in the instructions but I failed to read all that and caused myself trouble. So, I discovered the customer support people are very good at what they do while still being pleasant and patient. Thank you Qualtry!
