I got so confused about what I could order, must have made several mistakes so tried to order again. A frustrating month went by and while trying to retrace my steps I accidently ordered multiple Groupons. To make a long and arduous experience short. I called Qualtry and got a wonderful wonderful service representative. Her name is Alex. She has the patience of an incredible

Irene at Qualtry was extremely helpful in sorting through an issue. The groupon that I purchased said it was a "bundle" and 3 products were pictured. In reality, the only thing that was in the deal was a hotpad. So I got some help from Irene who did an outstanding job in customer service.
