We haven’t received the product yet, but the process was challenging. The code did not “automatically apply” but the Groupon directions said it would and to check out. So I thought maybe if I checked out, something would apply. It didn’t. I was charged $76 instead of just the $12.98 for shipping. After all day emailing back and forth, sending screenshots of the Groupon purchase, and getting the refund in partial installments, I finally got it all back. So it’s a great deal and I’m super excited about it! But the hassle is definitely going to make me think twice about doing orders where I have to go to another party’s website.

Even though my Groupon was not taken off the price at checkout, I contacted Qualtry by email and will receive a reimbursement. They were great to email me quickly.
