The score was for ythe Friday rep... NOT Qualtry in total.
The rep on Friday was great and hopefully rectified my problem though I don't know why I paid shipping yet again.
Please know that I had tried to get things rectified with Qualtry MANY times for a few prior weeks with NO success.

They are rip off artist I had a Groupon for a terrible product for 9 dollars the this company charged my credit card $49 dollars. I called and they said they did not have “a record” of the second charge. It has been in dispute and the credit card company still said my responsibility! I have been charged the original Groupon price for an utterly inferior product and they stop responded to emails!
