I bought the lifetime Groupon which allows 24 languages. I started w Arabic. Big mistake since English words are not available. I will jump to German next since i learned it in college
Everything worked out in the end.
I had to put up a fuss at first (still waiting to be certain the deal/package doesn't have a hidden expiry date) I paid for the full package,
Unlimited Lifetime promotion.
What I got was a single language deal.
I called RS CS, and was told "No, you only get 1 language'. I then emailed with a fully detailed explanation of what "Unlimited Lifetime" and extra cash means. They fixed the issue. I now have the full package. I'm Happy 🐵🐨🐸
Was very easy to purchase. Amazing deal for a lifetime of learning. I gave this to my college age daughter and she could not be happier!! Was very easy for her to set up.
Signing up was easy. I have to call them to figure out how I can access the material in more than one device. My husband are trying to learn together so we can practice immersion once we start learning. I also am not sure if a lifetime means I can acess other languages once we are ready to move on, or if it’s only access to Italian.
I bought the lifetime unlimited version as a gift for my Dad, who is retiring this year. I helped him set up his account, get the app-very easy to do. He absolutely loves it!! So, I would definitely recommend it.
