I was super relaxed, but wide awake during the whole thing. Mostly talked about relaxing, not weight loss. Not sure it was worth the money.Maybe I am just resistant to being hypnotized, but I expected to at least fall asleep.

I didn’t expect this to work at all but after the first time I listened to one of the recordings I already have cut back on smoking. Very relaxing, put me right to sleep and I have trouble sleeping and I woke up not feeling groggy or anything.
