Great experience with Splash, didn't understand that I had to do something else with Splash after ordering from Groupon. Wasn't aware of the extra shipping charge. Last time I deal with Groupon.

Please help me! As I was entering my Groupon code and it jumped to payment without the code. Instead of no charge for the wine and just shipped I got charged the $334 amount. I had two orders of for my neighbors Kathy and Keith and the other for me. Please direct me on how.
