Terrible! Bouqs site wouldn’t let you order without signing up, then wouldn’t recognize the email/pw once i did! Tried forgot pw feature but Bouqs never sent a link for changing pw! Did it twice. So i’ve spent money for Groupon that i can’t use, no live customer service anywhere, and now too late to place flowers order for birthday this week. Beyond frustrating!!!!

They limit their selection available for Groupon users and the site is hard to use.

Flowers never arrived initially and then were just awful when a second delivery was made. Customer service refuses refunds and will only send another shipment. Doesn’t do much good when the occasion is long past. I’ll never use them again.
