About N7 Creamery
Walking into N7 Creamery sort of feels like walking into a giant butter churn, with walls wrapped in narrow planks of knotted wood. It's an appropriate feeling, considering N7's ice cream and baked goods are all made by hand, from scratch. In fact, N7 is named for nitrogen's place on the periodic table, since liquid nitrogen is what's used to make each order of ice cream on the spot. Guests can watch as a french-custard base (pasteurized onsite) is flash-frozen into a smooth ice cream in the flavor of their choice. These flavors feature fresh, high-end ingredients such as hand-scraped vanilla beans from Madagascar and marmalade made with valencia oranges from Claire Family Farm.
The same care goes into the café's coffee drinks and baked goods. Responsibly sourced beans are roasted no more than 10 days before they're transformed into cappuccinos and pour-over coffees. These beverages pair with desserts, which are baked daily and range from sticky buns to hand pies filled with local ingredients, not hands.
