The interior was very clean and nicely decorated, staff were pleasant. The service felt rushed though. As a 1st time customer, and someone who is relatively new to getting lash extensions, I wish the tech would have explained my options/asked what I wanted instead of doing whatever. She only asked what I thought after the 1st eye was done, I don’t think she even looked at the examples I showed her
This business was recommended by someone who had great brows. I've never done microblading before and was excited. I bought the groupon and called to set the appointment. The person who picked up the phone immediately told me I had to pay for a follow up appointment when I came in. She also set the appointment incorrectly. On the day of my service, I arrived a few minutes early and was told that the tech knew I was there and I could wait inside or out. I chose to wait in my car. 30 minutes later, I came back in to make sure the tech really knew I was there. She was still working on another client. 30 more minutes later I was finally taken. Turned out the appointment before me showed up late which pushed me back an hour. smh that later person should've been rescheduled. The tech put on the numbing cream and I waited another 20 minutes. The tech was nice enough but not informative at all. I hated the final product and immediately started researching how to reverse microblading. It was very dark and looked like to slanted rectangles with an arch, on my face. One of the receptionists - the same who kept pushing the $200+ touch up appointment came over, near the end, and kept saying it looked so nice. It didn't. It wasn't until I watched a few YouTube videos that I understood the full process. The tech took her time to make sure I liked the preliminary sketch but offered no information about what to do after or what to expect. She gave me no aftercare package except a small pack of A&D ointment only AFTER I told her it was still burning. Being that this was my first time, I'm kicking myself for not properly researching the business. When I was leaving, the receptionist tried to get me to pay for a follow-up. I politely said no I left. I waiting to see what my brows look like after a few weeks (learned this from YouTube, NOT the brow tech) and if I need a touch-up or correction or whatever, I will go somewhere else.
Outside of the above experience, the brow tech was friendly and took her time in outlining where the microblading would go. She gave me a mirror and told me to make sure I liked the placement. She was patient. It didn't feel rushed and I can see the hair strokes. I believe it will look nice but I won't go back to them due to the shock.
