Nagano Sushi

In most parts of the world, Nagano is best known as the host city of the 1998 Winter Olympics. But when residents of Kelowna hear the word, they don't think of ski jumpers and snow-mobile throwers. No, their minds fixate instead on the huge variety of Japanese and pan-Asian dishes at Nagano Sushi. Chief among these offerings are the 25 creative maki rolls constructed by chefs behind the sushi bar. Though these rolls can't help but steal most of the attention, other popular menu items include plates of crispy pork dumplings and beef teriyaki.
