About Naiboa's Dance Studio
Randy Vargas was born in New York City. Growing up within a primary Dominican household it was certain, at a very young age, he would be acquainted with all forms of Latin dancing going to family get-togethers. At the age of 12 he began taking a variety of dance courses. It was not until the age of 15 when his uncle introduced him to Salsa On2 , where he found his passion. In 1999 he began his professional dancing career with world-renowned companies such as Karisma Dancers, Yamulee Dance Company, which have laid out the foundation for his calling. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2004. There he promptly established Naiboa Dance Company. Randy has performed along several famous artists, live television and other popular venues. His innovative & unique style has earned him high recognition among his peers around the world.
