What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?
Shellac Manicure also known as a Gel Manicure. It can last up to 14 days with no chipping (which may vary by individual). This service includes clipping and shaping of the natural nail, an enjoyable hand soak, and cuticle care. Then the nails are prepped for [an] application of your choice of gel polish. Cure under the UV lamp and no drying time is required.
Do you offer your customers any extra perks?

The interior of a business can affect how its customers feel. What kind of decor do you use to help make your clients feel pampered and at ease?
The décor in my nail area isn't very busy but offers a variety of nail colors including neon colors. I have a comfortable chair for pedicures along with a clean and sanitary environment.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
My goal is to provide clients with personal and friendly service each and every time, not just the first visit. I want my clients to be satisfied, not only with my services, but [with] my customer service as well. I want all of my clients to [leave] knowing they have not only gained a trustworthy nail technician but a friend as well.
