Please tell us how to get our order for the whites-Sorry- still not sure how to proceed THX

Lisa S.  asked on  Feb 6, 2013

A:

Lisa, you will need to redeem your Groupon at us.nakedwines.com by following the instructions on your voucher. From there, you can select six or twelve bottles of white wine for your order. The Groupon will cover $150 in value and you will be purchasing at the retail cost of the wine shown in gray. If you need assistance, please contact customer support at 1-800-673-4718 from 6am to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday.

Q:

I'm trying to see the prices on the nakedwine site. First they ask if I have a voucher from one of their "friends". If I say yes, I have to put in the groupon number immediately. If I say no, they take me to their site. My question is, will the prices be different if I say I have a groupon and put it in? I am asking to see what the "unused portion" of the groupon would be and if I can apply it to another order AT THE SAME TIME, NOT LATER? Thank you. William

William  asked on  Feb 3, 2013

A:

You can view their regular prices by visiting their website here. The Groupon will be deducted from the full price listed for each case, not the Angel Price. For example, if you were to order the All American Carnivore Case using a Groupon, the Groupon would be deducted from the full price of $279.88.

Groupon entitles user to $150 worth of wine ordered in one transaction. You will pay any balance over $150. Unspent credit may not be used for future orders.
