Thanks for being so quickly responsive to questions - it is a bit of a difficult offer to sort out. On your website it says free shipping for orders over $100.00. So if I buy this deal at $59.00 and assemble a case of 12 wines that comes out to be around $150.00 I pay nothing extra for shipping - correct?

the company web site shows cases but says "not avaiabe in my area"(i live in MD) why?

Our license for shipping wine into Maryland only allows us to send domestic wine into this state. Therefore, you can select any of the cases labeled as "All-American" or "California." However, any of the pre-assmebled cases containing imported bottles are not eligible for shipping to MD.
