At Namaste Lil Yogis, the trained instructors help kids develop body awareness and build their confidence. During classes, the coaches guide children through a flow of movement and breathing exercises that promote balance, coordination, and flexibility. To make things more convenient, the instructors not only provide lessons in the studio, they also travel to dayhomes and daycares.
