Nana was sooooo amazing! It was my very first time getting a PRP and I expressed to her how nervous I was. She explained everything step by step before she proceeded. She listened to my concerns and gave honest beauty advice. Most of all, I was so pleased by the amount of numbing cream she generously lathered all over my face that I did not feel a single bit of pain during the procedure!
