Narula's Indian Eatery and Banquet Hall
Though the chefs at Narula's Indian Eatery and Banquet Hall specialize in Northern Dehli-style cuisine and use Indian spices, they don't make only traditional dishes. Instead, they fuse the spices into Canadian eats, resulting in creations such as lamb burgers with a side of butter chicken fries and fries sprinkled in masala. They also craft items like their signature dish, butter chicken, which they prepare without artificially sweetening it with sugar, burger patties from aloo tikki—a spiced blend of potatoes and vegetables—and fill wraps with lamb, veggie, or chicken seekh kebabs. However, for appetizers, they skew to the traditional with a variety of samosas, naan, and tandoori mushrooms, which aren't Canadian, but know "O Canada" by heart.
