Choose Between Two Options
- $64 for a three-lap NASCAR Ride-Along (a $130 value)
- $199 for a three-hour Race Fan Favorite driving experience (up to a $400 value)<p>
Professional racing instructors at Auto Club Speedway pilot guests around the track during a ride-along experience or prep patrons with personal driving instruction and in-car radio communication before turning them loose for the Race Fan Favorite’s solo-driving session. During those 5-minute races, patrons are in complete control; there’s no lead car to follow or instructor hovering in the passenger seat. Instead, drivers communicate with spotters over authentic two-way radios as they sprint and weave through on-track traffic in pursuit of the checkered flag. They can also test their strategic driving decision; unlike many experiences like it, passing is allowed. Driving experience includes a required driver’s fee for insurance and a souvenir racing license ($35). To consult the full schedule, click here.
NASCAR Racing Experience
Charlotte’s double dogleg. Richmond’s frantic turns. Homestead’s South Beach flair. Fans everywhere know that every racetrack has its own personality, but the minds behind NASCAR Racing Experience know that the only way to truly experience them is during a few laps behind the wheel. With that in mind, they plops fans inside the roll cages of authentic stock cars that have been revved by pedigreed speed demons including Jeff Gordon, Carl Edwards, and Matt Kenseth. Experienced racing instructors spearhead a spectrum of racing experiences that range from the guided NASCAR Ride-Along to the free-wheeling World Champion Experience’s six side-by-side racing sessions. Traveling to racetracks across the country, the racing experiences allow drivers to spike speedometers without obeying the pace of a lead car or the math of a speed-limit sign.
