Chef Dominic Sarkar's culinary gifts have taken him to Dubai, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and California over the course of a 26-year career. Now, at Nasha Lounge and Bar, he crafts dishes from all over the Indian subcontinent, using seasonal, local produce, meat, and seafood whenever possible. The varied menu of fresh, flavorful Indian food includes everything from a Kerala–style fish curry to the Punjab–inspired bhatti ka murg—tandoor-roasted spiced chicken with pear relish—to an assortment of seafood and veggie kebabs. Diners can end their meals on a sweet note with indian ice cream, rice pudding, or—for a change of pace—tiramisu.
