Nasha was great, she took great care with my hair not to burn or break during full head highlight, (my hair is thinning). She was a little backed up and did not complete the drying and styling of my hair. No biggie but she did spend a lot of time getting me the color I wanted and 2 other clients were waiting.I would return again.

Sweet Customer Service!!! I learned to NOT let my Hair Grow Out into a AFRO because the procedure will be more painful. Since I did have a substantial amount of hair, I was an utter pain, but the person who was servicing me was patient and laughed with me throughout the whole process. She also advised me what to do prior to coming back to avoid this painful process. I will definitely come back!
