What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? New Age Concept Hair Salon, Hair Artist Matalie K specializes in Custom Artistic Hair Design. Where the artist and the client custom design the hair as each clients desires are different. Haircutting, Color, to more advanced educational training/certified in Color Corrections, Balayage Ombré, Smoothing & Perm. Straightening Hair Systems, Extreme Danaged Hair Repair, as well as educating the client on maintaining healthy hair & styling at home.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? After 4 salons pulled Natalie K into their salons she knew women deserved higher quality care, women were leaving salon with damaged hair and unhappy. So she decided to open her own salon catered to what women deserved.
What do you love most about your job? I love how much clients need me, trust me, and how they walk out filled with excitement and loads of confidence!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Tears of happiness, hugs, women taking selfies days, weeks later tagging me or texting me how happy they still are with their hair.
