Aimed to help beginning runners, the running course meets every Monday and Wednesday at 7 a.m. for 30–45 minutes. By the end of six weeks, new runners are prepared to run a 5K. The evening boot camps meet on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday at 7:45 p.m. and include nutritional guidance before some sessions.

Natalie Veras Fitness
Natalie Veras has been running for 10 years. She has participated in marathons and half marathons all over Canada, and by doing so has supported important causes such as the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Her passion for fitness and healthy living soon led her to believe that she could help others to attain similar goals. To that end, she has mined her experience in running and weight training and become certified in both personal training and Tabata boot camps. In each session, she encourages individuals, couples, and groups to take health seriously, and supports them with her own boot camps that include nutritional guidance. For those who wish to complete their first 5K, she also oversees a running course that takes place two mornings per week and skips the frivolity of the ceremonial releasing of the carrots.
