What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I provide a private setting for all of my guests located within Jean Claude Salon. I’m a former educator for 3 different hair care companies. I strive to provide individualized color, cuts, and styles for my clientele, staying current on the latest trends in hair. Hairstyling is my passion.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I am creating a culture of hairstyling, not only for client inspiration but also for fellow stylists. I was inspired by my passion for the hair industry to create an environment that works for my clientele that inspires them and honors their hair care needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making people happy! It’s what I do best. I do that by allowing my clientele to see how beautiful their hair can be and enhance their lifestyle. I love the interpersonal experience that I receive from clients so that we both have pleasant experiences together. Hair is a great journey!
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I love when my clients say to me that I have changed their life! They appreciate my awareness of who they are as individuals and how I create the look that’s all theirs. They appreciate my patience and intuition if they can’t find the words.
