What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
This Ballet/Creative Movement class is perfect for dancers age 2.5-4 years old with limited to no dance experience. No specific dance attire is required, however, often times something as simple as having ballet shoes makes the little ones feel very special and at ease about their new class.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
National Dance Academy is rooted in Dance of Iowa & is under second generation ownership. We pride ourselves in the importance of family & have many 2nd generation dancers as well as faculty that have been with us over 25 years. The majority of NDA's staff were trained by Michael & Ashlynd as well.
What do you love most about your job?
There is so much joy is sharing the art of dance and the love of movement with kids everyday! All staff members at NDA are dedicated to proper technique and safe instruction of dance and movement.
