I called 3 times and left voice mails and it took 3 1/2 weeks to call me back and then its a week until they could complete the duct cleaning!! Completely unacceptable!

I had an appointment. Called to confirm and was told I would get a call 30 min. Prior and still no one showed up. Then I kept calling and couldn't get through. Terrible customer service I would not recommend.
